Mnt Cook/Aoraki.

To be in a car and on the road was awesome, the scenery was incredible, like nothing we d ever seen before. After 5hrs on the road we arived at our first destination Mnt Cook or Aoraki. At 3754 metres, New Zealand's highest mountain, Aoraki Mount Cook is dazzling, yet there are 27 other mountains in this alpine backbone which peak at over 3050 metres, and hundreds of others not far short of that – all making up the famous Southern Alps.

We made our first camp at a place called Glentanner, where Dani found a trampoline and like any normal person in their mid twenties jumped on and bounced around like idiot for 20 minutes..
We pitched our tent for the first time in no more than 20 min and with no arguments!!
We ate and hit the sac for our first night....
